    Abstract：

    在当下的社会中，社会服务越来越完善，国家为城乡居民都提供了完善的医疗保障服务，近年来通过整合城乡居民医疗保险制度，使得城乡居民的医疗需求都能够得到最大限度的满足，不仅扩大了医疗保险的范围，也提高了医疗服务水平和效率，然而在整合过程中仍然存在着一些漏洞，影响整合的顺利性，也无法确保城乡居民医疗保险制度运行的效果。本文概括了城乡居民医疗保险制度的整合情况，分析了整合中存在的主要问题，并且根据这些内容建议了相应的整合策略，为城乡居民医疗保险制度整合工作的开展提供依据，保障整合效果。
