    Abstract：

    随着物联网技术应用越来越广泛，对物联网专业应用型技能人才培养，受到众多高职院校的重视。高职院校需充分了解校企协同的人才培养模式的理论渊源，继而对参与构建物联网专业技能人才培养模式的主体进行再次确认，优化与完善校企协同人才培养机制、在行业组织的指导下推进项目化实践课程的改革、以政策要素驱动与推进校企协同育人工作的有效策略。
