Abstract：
“导师带教”是“师徒结对”的升级版，通过市级导师、校级导师、学员的三级塔式团队的建构，通过引领和实践，不仅促进了青年教师成长，也营造了良好的教研氛围，各校教研组组内团结互助蔚然成风，骨干教师、新任教师发挥各自特长，助力课堂教学走上了良性互助的道路。
