Abstract：
中学道德与法治是实践性学科，在学校教育过程中，教师要注意并有效地进行设计。在课堂教学中，教师要格外注重学习氛围的重要性，利用良好的学习氛围引导学生能够多去思考，善于用脑学习，通过亲身体验和发挥作用，实现思维能力的良好发展，这需要各方面的努力和教师教学观念的创新。本文针对中学德育与法治教学中存在的问题，提出了一些建议。
