Abstract：
在预算管理中，资本结构会直接影响到公司的长久发展，因而必须提升公司的资本结构，使融资模式更为有效。本研究从杠杆效应的角度，科学研究财务杠杆与资本结构提升的关联，剖析公司资本结构存在的不足，从而明确提出整改措施。利用财务杠杆，可以提升公司的资本结构，增加经济收益，提升公司抵挡财务风险的工作能力。
