Abstract：
随着二、三线省域副中心城市的迅速发展，高新技术产业开发区内的高层建筑造型独特，主题鲜明，其外立面造型由结构与外幕墙构成，富有科技感。高层建筑屋顶钢构架空层玻璃幕墙施工难度大、工艺节点复杂，可借助BIM技术的参数化、可视性、可模拟性等特性优化设计与施工，提升建筑产品质量的同时，实现降本增效。
