    Abstract：

    “双减”政策的提出，不仅是为了帮助学生减负，更是为了帮助学生增效。一时间减负增效成为学校教育中最基本的教学目标。不论是在哪一个阶段的教学中，还是在哪一个科目的教学中，教师都在积极的探索减负增效，就是为了最大程度的提高减负程度并巩固增效成果。在初中数学教学中，教师正在努力研究作业的创新设计，彻底地将“双减”政策的减负增效贯彻实施。
