Abstract：

在建筑工程开展中，工程造价咨询服务是不可缺少的重要内容，其主要功能为降低经济方面出现的损失，保证资金流转的稳定性，在工程建筑行业中，工程造价咨询的关注度逐渐提升，也是建筑工程发展需要应对的主要问题。本文主要针对提升建筑工程造价咨询服务的方法进行研究，综合性质需求提出可行建议。
