    Abstract：

    钢管热浸镀锌是目前钢管表面防锈处理最有效的方式，但传统生产工艺每工步仅能对单根或两根钢管镀锌，因此，存在生产效率低、能耗高等问题。钢管热浸镀锌的多工位镀锌技术研究与应用，能够实现每工步对六至八根钢管同步镀锌，解决实际生产难题。
