    小学班主任在教学实践中，应格外重视对学生开展德育教育，使学生的思想道德与学习一同进步。本文深入分析了小学班主任在工作中渗透德育的重要性，进而探究通过开展主题班会、开展实践活动、发挥榜样效力、加强师生沟通等方式渗透德育，从而不断提升学生的综合素养，促使学生形成正确的品德观念。
