    Abstract：

    受就业需求、性别观念等外部环境，生理结构、“三期”（经期、孕期、哺乳期）情况等自身因素的影响，女性农民工在就业市场中往往处于弱势地位。本研究以江苏省南京市的女性农民工为调查对象，深入了解女性农民工的受歧视情况和劳动权益保护情况，并运用OLS分析，探究内外部因素与女性农民工劳动权益保护的关系。结果发现，就业单位越稳定、受歧视情况越少，女性农民工的劳动权益保护越完善。
