    Abstract：

    数学教师需在落实立德树人根本任务的同时，将新课改理念进一步深化，让初中数学教育教学模式与核心素养培养相符，切实提高教育品质。数学教师要着眼学生个体情况，采取分层教学，确保班级全体学生可以在原有层次上更好地进步发展。对此，本文立足初中数学课堂，重点分析分层教法促进核心素养提升的相关路径。
