Abstract：
我国领土幅员辽阔，拥有56个民族，各个民族在长期发展中形成了自己的生活习惯、历史文化以及独特的艺术文化。舞蹈作为民族文化中的重要内容，有着极大的艺术魅力和价值。每个民族的舞蹈都直接反映了该民族独有的民族文化和思想情感。在舞蹈教学体系中，其中蒙古族舞蹈是不可或缺的组成部分，因此对蒙古族舞蹈的教学方法进行研究是很有必要的。
