    Abstract：

    现在小学生的年龄较小，独生子女人数较多。父母望子成龙心切，非常重视孩子的智力教育、兴趣爱好，但却忽视了孩子劳动能力的培养，尤其是自我服务劳动能力、公益服务劳动能力、家庭服务劳动能力、设计制作劳动能力的培养。孩子们长期缺乏劳动能力的培养，阻碍了他们的全面发展。因此学校迫切需要摸索出能够培养学生劳动能力的方法和策略，促进小学生德、智、体、美、劳全面发展。
