Abstract：
学校教育中，《道德与法治》是一项重要的教学课题。伴随改革的春风吹进了小学校园，核心素质培养概念已深入人心。为此，学校老师们应立足于核心素质的大背景下，在现代小学道德与法治课程建设中运用新的教育方法，帮助小学生探索更多样的知识渠道，充分调动学生的主观积极性，培养学生的综合创新能力，建设学校道德与法律课程，从全方位促进学生核心素养的生成与开发，从而实现更理想的教育目标。
