    21世纪作为信息技术时代，为生活、为教育带来了便利。随着社会发展趋势，信息技术成为一大重点学习内容，已成为我国教育改革“武器”。而在素质教育背景下，更多的教师将信息技术当做一门素质教育课程，在掌握信息技术操作技能的同时，养成核心素养。在一定程度下利用信息手段，帮助学生养成信息道德、信息价值观，构建起了高效课堂。本文主要探讨核心素养下小学信息技术课堂构建意义，分享小学信息技术高效课堂构建策略。
