    Abstract：

    随着我国的教育体系机制不断完善成熟，对学生的心理教育工作的开展予以了前所未有的重视，企图借助心理健康教育工作的开展来有效干扰学生成长，辅助学生身心健康成长，拥有健康积极的生活态度及人格，基于此思想理念，积极心理学被广泛应用于教育工作中，并取得良好成就。而中职生由于其特殊性，也是较为容易出现心理健康问题的群体，对心理健康教育的需求往往也更大。对此，下文将以中职心理健康教育为例，谈谈积极心理学教学应用的启示，以供相关教育工作者参考。
