Abstract：
在新时代背景下，随着新课改革的不断深入，初中体育教学方式也变得更加具备多样性。对于拓展训练而言属于一种教学方式，就现阶段来讲，把拓展训练科学合理的融入初中体育教学过程中，不仅可以使得学生的综合能力得到有效提升，也能够使得学生的体育综合素养得到有效提高。本文将对拓展训练在初中体育教学的重要性进行充分分析，并且对拓展训练在初中体育教学中渗透的有效策略进行深入探讨，希望可以为相关教育工作人员提供有效帮助。
