    随着我国从制造大国向创造强国不断迈进，生产行业优秀技术工人越来越重要。随着新课程改革的不断深入与创新，“工匠精神”培养也成为现代社会对科技人才职业素养的基本要求。教师要改变传统中职院校教学理念，深入挖掘“工匠精神”培养内涵，提升学生综合素质，以满足社会整体发展需要。本文通过解析中职教育与工匠精神的关系，深入中职院校“工匠精神”培养的重要意义入手，提出中职教育教学中“工匠精神”的培养策略，供各位教师参考。
