Abstract：
随着社会人才需求的变化，中等职业教育人才培养目标发生了转变，中职院校在培养学生专业技能与社会岗位适应能力的基础上，还应重视对其文化素养的培育，英语素养便是其中之一。中职院校英语教师应正视课堂教学学生学科素养培育现状，正视在课堂教学中渗透核心素养的必要性，主动将英语核心素养渗透在课堂教学活动中，积极探寻更有效的教学方法。
