    对于煤化工企业的安全生产而言，材料成本控制属于重中之重。在煤炭采购环节，是否能够采购质量较高，价格较低的煤炭原料直接能够决定煤化工企业的经济效益。本文主要介绍煤化工企业煤炭采购过程中的问题，以及详细阐述成本控制的具体措施。
