Abstract：

企业发展中，企物资采购起着关键作用。提高物资采购质量，可优化企业资源配置，有效利用企业资金，降低生产成本，提高企业竞争力，为企业经济发展做出更大贡献。然而，随着市场经济的发展和企业物资采购成本的不断增加，企业物资采购招投标管理显得尤为重要。
