    “未来教师”综合技能培训与实践平台的搭建不仅能够促进师范生自身能力的提升，也是保证未来师资质量的重要支撑。本文从小学教育行业存在的问题以及搭建实践平台的必要性出发，在满足行业要求和在校师范生需求两方面进行分析，并对平台的搭建与实施进行了策略安排。
