前存在多种深基坑施工方式，由于很大部分工程属于地下施工，所以需要工作人员综合考虑各个方面的影响因素，同时严格要求各项施工技术，明确工程施工技术要点，将施工的稳定性和安全性有效提升，合理规划设计工程项目，将建筑工程项目总体经济效益提高，确保工程建设质量，为居民创造安全可靠的建筑产品。
