    Abstract：

    对于土木结构，安全和经济应该是设计的核心问题：不计成本的追求过高标准的安全性会造成资源浪费，降低整体项目盈利能力，对经济发展造成不良影响；罔顾结构安全、过分追求经济效益，社会生命财产安全便得不到保障，不利于社会的良性发展。因此，工程的结构设计必须做到安全性、经济性兼顾。
