    Abstract：

    综合实践活动在小学课堂教学中对于学生动手能力的培养和团结协作等有着重要的作用。因此，在现代化的小学教育中，学校与教师应当充分重视，并定期组织进行具有“劳育”内涵的实践活动，从而有效培养学生的劳动意识，提升其综合素质。本文主要从“完善与规范活动流程，让学生从劳动中获得成就感”等四大方面详细阐述了在小学综合实践活动中培养学生劳动意识的具体策略。
