Abstract：
事件经过，2021年11月12日9时44分14秒，4号机带634MW负荷运行中跳闸，电气专业检查发现4号机故障录波器存在#4发电机定子电压Ua突变量启动录波记录，发变组保护A1、B1屏的发电机定子接地（基波）保护动作，发变组保护C屏的热工保护和发电机低转速联跳灭磁指示灯亮，现场检查为4号机A相励磁变高压侧引线烧损引起。
