自主学习是指在教师的引导下，让学生明确学习目标和任务，并结合自己的特点和实际制定适合自己的学习计划，运用科学的学习方法自主解决学习中遇到的困难和问题，并对自己的学习过程进行自我评价，使学习过程符合自我发展的要求。
