Abstract：
在初中数学课堂中运用小组合作学习的模式，有利于提高学生的数学思维，能够让学生从不同的角度看待同类型的问题，通过小组合作的方式来培养学生之间的合作意识，能够在课堂中发挥老师的引导作用，通过不断分层次的进行合作教学，为学生创设出良好的合作学习环境，更好的落实小组合作的学习模式，让学生的数学思维能够在团体中得到激发。
