    在对城市发展进行规划时，为了能够对建设用地进行合理调查，可以使用土地利用动态遥感监测技术，对建设用地的发展现状进行客观分析。同时，还可以利用该技术来对土地发展情况进行调查，方便后期对土地进行规划。
