Abstract：
随着经济发展水平的提高，城市的城市化建设规模也在不断扩大，城市绿化工程建设成为城市绿化和生态文明城市的重要载体。风景园林工程的施工质量，不仅关系到园林绿化的水平，也关系到园林为市民的居住体验，也关系到整个城市的形象。文章首先介绍了园林设计的基本概念，然后对当前园林设计的管理状况进行了分析，并给出了相应的建设管理措施和有效的费用限额控制策略。
