    Abstract：

    在我国语文教学中，“双减”政策是当下的理想教学形式，无论是过度的"师本主义"的指导，还是绝对的自由的课堂教学，它为“双减”政策下语文教学模式改革提供了突破口，以达到提高语文教学质量的作用。“双减”政策的实施，减轻了学生的学习负担，促进了学生个性和兴趣。同时，在完成了家庭作业后，学生可以有更多的时间提问，这样既保证了作业的质量，又增加了思考的时间。
