    Abstract：

    新时代对人才的培养更加注重能力素养，以期培养符合时代发展的综合型人才。新课程背景下，更是对教育工作者提出了创新实践培养，使现代学生更具创新发展能力，有效满足于当下社会发展环境当中。高校化学教学中，课程教师亦需要注重对学生创新能力的培养，在提升学生化学认知，促进其掌握化学知识的同时，积极发散学生思维，培养学生创新意识；提供给其平台，发展其创新能力。本文就高校化学教学对学生创新能力的培养展开研究，结合时下高校化学教学发展现状，提出几点创新能力的教学培养策略，以供参考。
