    随着社会的不断发展，各行各业都在不断推进改革进程，顺应当今时代的发展趋势，实现新时期的长远发展。事业单位作为保障我国社会经济发展的重要场所，应积极推进改革进程。政工师作为事业单位的重要组成部分，要认清自己的责任，加强党的建设和政治工作，确保改革的顺利进行。本文阐述了政工师在事业单位中的多层次作用，为深化事业单位改革提供参考。
