Abstract：
由于我国的建设和国民经济的迅速发展，我国的住房建设工程建设中出现了一个非常关键的问题——软土的施工。软土的工程质量与工程建设的总体水平有着密切的联系。但是，我国现行的软弱基础建设技术还不完善，严重地制约着整个建设项目的质量。今后，要加强软土地基的治理，加强软土地基的技术改造，使其工程质量能满足住宅的要求，为今后住宅工程的可持续发展奠定了良好的基础。
