施工现场的管理工作实施水平，是保证建筑项目得以顺利、高品质完成施工建设的前提保证，为能够发挥施工现场的管理工作效能，要求施工单位务必予以高度重视，结合实际需求及标准，逐步完善各项制度、章程，加强人员监管及培训，做好日常监管工作，力求施工现场的管理工作实施水平有效提升，保证建筑项目总体建设品质及安全。
