Abstract：
聚甲醛作为一种常见的化工材料，在各行业生产中发挥着积极作用。本文对聚甲醛在成本与工艺上的改进问题进行了详细分析，先对聚甲醛工艺与成本改进的必要性进行阐述后，介绍了聚甲醛成本与工艺改进的相关思路，之后本文采用案例分析法，立足于聚甲醛脱挥处理，介绍了一种工艺改进方法。最终结果显示，本文所介绍的相关改进工艺在技术上具有可行性，值得推广。
