Abstract：
图书馆是高校的重要组成部分，但是目前高校图书管理尚未建立起以师生为导向的管理模式、对管理效率的提升不够重视、管理理念比较陈旧。由于管理方面存在的问题比较多，高校图书馆的功能作用没有完全发挥出来。高校图书管理应当依据新公共管理理论、不断寻求创新应用策略，以此推动高校图书管理，提高高校图书管理综合水平。
