Abstract：
本文以城市社区公共文化服务供给为研究对象，分析社区在提供公共文化服务过程中存在的问题，基于协同理论探究各个主体如何参与到协同治理中，共同提升社区公共文化服务供给效能，进一步阐释了协同治理是我国城市社区公共文化服务供给机制创新可供选择的模式，也是创新基层社会治理体制的备择治理结构。
