    如今，国家对于职业教育非常重视，并专门印发了《国家职业教育改革实施方案》，以期可以培养出更多优秀的职业人才，这需要增强对学生实践能力的培养。“公司化式教学”是一种教学模式，旨在结合“因材施教和个性化发展”的原则，在课程体系、任务分工、项目驱动、绩效考核等教学实施过程中，通过成立真正的实体公司，承接真正的商业项目，配备真正的“双师双能”型教师，用能够量化的学习成果，来彰显学生的培养质量。
