Abstract：
传统文化在历史长河之中闪耀着属于自己的独特光辉，教育、引导、感染着一代又一代的中华子孙。高职思想政治教育工作者必须充分认识传统文化的独特教育色彩，要在开展思政教育工作中带入传统文化，打破现有思政教育工作僵局。文章也积极分析传统文化在思想政治教育教学中的渗透意义，并在强化认识的基础上探索高职思想政治教育与中华优秀传统文化融合路径，以供参考。
