Abstract：

水利水电工程是一项民生工程，伴随着社会的不断发展，水利水电工程规模也在不断扩大，对工程施工质量要求也越来越高。质量是水利水电工程建设的核心，只有质量过关，水利水利工程才能发挥应有的功用，施工企业才能获得应有的效益。因此，在水利水电工程施工中，施工企业要采取有效措施，加强质量控制，确保施工质量过关。
