Abstract：
在国内经济迅猛发展的过程中，人们对电力的需求量越来越大，伴随着市场竞争力逐渐增强，使得火力发电企业的效益受到一定影响，所以部分企业通过降低建设成本，紧缩企业运营管理费用来节约企业开销，进而来提升企业利润率，使得火力发电项目施工质量存在一定隐患。本文首先分析了火力发电项目质量管理的意义及影响因素，然后对火力发电项目存在的问题进行分析，最后探讨了提升火力发电项目质量管理的有效措施，希望可以为相关人士提供参考。
