水土保持与荒漠化防治工作是一项长期的、复杂的工作，需要我国的相关工作人员坚持不懈，我国政府也要加大对于水土保持与荒漠化防治工作的资金投入和技术支持，确保在工作人员能够熟练运用3S 技术进行水土保持与荒漠化防治工作，从而让我国的水土保持与荒漠化防治工作取得良好的效果，最终保护我国的环境。
