    Abstract：

    “双减”政策下农村中小学非科目性教育对其素质教育和全面发展有非常重要的意义。本文通过分析非科目性教育对中小学教育的影响，梳理农村中小学非科目性教育中存在的问题，并针对问题提出非根本性教育的提升路径与方法，以期达到农村中小学的素质教育和全面发展的目的。
