由于经济的快速发展，建筑业发展迅速，建筑企业的发展在市场上引起了巨大的竞争。建筑工程师要想在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地，就必须在日常施工和管理中不断提高建筑管理水平，提高工程施工质量，降低工程成本；取得更大的经济效益和社会效益。因此，研究建筑管理中存在的问题及有效对策具有一定的社会和经济价值。
