生本理念主要是在教学的过程中以学生为主体，依靠学生自主学习的一种教学手段。这种新型的教学理念不仅给课堂带来的生机，同时也符合教育教学改革的要求。生本理念能够创造一个和谐的教学课堂，让学生和老师可以进行有效的沟通和交流，全面的提升学生的学习效率。本文就是针对初中田径教学活动开展的分析和研究，给出了一些教学策略。
