Abstract：
在国家大力推进城镇化建设进程中，土地资源作为有限资源的短缺现象更为突出。为提高对有限土地资源和空间的利用率，兴建大量高层民用建筑可以缓解民众的住房需求。在高层民用建筑数量增加的同时电气火灾的发生率也不断攀升。本文分析高层民用建筑电气火灾的特点和发生原因，对高层民用建筑电气防火设计技术要点进行研究，提出了电气防火设计中需要重点关注事项。以消除设计的安全盲区，提高高层民用建筑的防火功能。
