    Abstract：

    由于我国建筑工程项目的管理仍然受制于传统的管理体制，导致其很难适应当前经济发展新形势，很大程度上已经影响了我国建筑业的健康发展。因此，在建筑工程项目建设过程中，创新建筑工程管理理念，加强建筑工程管理，通过科学、完善的建筑工程管理使项目建设顺利完成。鉴于此，本文主要分析探讨了建筑工程项目管理现状及对策，以供参阅。
