Abstract：
随着生活水平的提高，群众舞蹈越来越受到人们的关注，群众舞蹈虽然能够帮助群众陶冶情操，活动身心，但是在群众的自发安排下，管理非常混乱，舞蹈更是没有一个统一性，这种情况下，就需要基层文化馆对这种情形进行科学的管理，而基层文化馆又能够帮助群众编排一些简单的舞蹈，让群众在休闲娱乐的同时还能够获得精神的满足。本文主要就基层文化馆如何帮助基层文化馆的群众编排舞蹈展开。
